i have been neglecting everyone this week because my shoulders and arms hurt so bad. i am sure it is something to do with the weather! generally speaking the acupuncture seems to be working although the other night i had the worst restless legs ever, in fact so bad i had to get up. am sure most of you are also suffering at this time and hope things subside soon - the weather and the pain! enjoy the sun. cannot write anymore. xxxx
