lol i am on similar to you and still in pain on here we are all on differnt meds and we all got pain so dont think any of us will ever be pain free i do think heat helps to ease it for a while get a wheat bag about £3 from chemists /savers or heat pads you stick them on outside of your clothes but they give off heat for 12 hours or hot water bottle electirc blanket and heat massage pads you put on a chair love to you diddle x

ask your doctor about Tramadol, Nucynta, Lyrica and Cymbalta. In the last 2 years I have tried so many pain medications! I'm no professional either, but I

can tell you what I have tried.

I'd also talk to your pharmacist. They know far more about drugs than even doctors. Good luck :)

HI there..I would like to suggest you a few things which helped me a lot. First of all, when the pain is very acute, get rid of all animal derived food for 2 weeks..have wholemeal rice and cereals with broth for the majority. Then have your shower, but always have a cold one at the end. Direct the water to your legs and then go up.Get used to cold water on your wrists, arms, chest, back ad stomach. At first, it is really difficult and I cried most of the time, but believe me cold is the answer. Stop using heat..heat only flares up the pain..it gives you instant relief and then comes back 10 times worse. Try to walk, a little, every day, at a relaxing pace and breath properly. If you can afford, go for lymphatic drainage massage...a god send.

Good luck and to be honest, all those medicines are not doing good ( and will not solve the problem)..you only really need the aminitriptiline....
