The sun is shining and i had a sleep yay!!!

I went bed early, didnt take my amitryptilline, and although woke a few times think i had a good few hours sleep. My back and shoulder are still very painful after yesterdays trip to town so i wont be able to do much today but at least i am in a positive mood for a change. Dunno how long it will last but hey ho gonna make the most of it whilst i can.

Gonna go for my shower then get dressed. That will make a change

Maybe i can even get my son to tidy up for me later and to peel the spuds if i am lucky. He seems to do more if I am nice about it and not yelling.

Well i may be like this all day or i may be on later my usual moaning minnie self.

In the meantime, good sunday wishes for you all and hope you have a pain free/stress free day if possible.
