no sleep: I have managed a whole hour... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
no sleep
I know exactly how you feel. I am lying here & have had no sleep at all. Its really gettin to me. So frustrating. I would'nt mind but I cant even concentrate to watch tv or read. I ask what did I do in a previous life to deserve this?
Hope you get sleep soon & know your not alone.
Jackie
I am glad I am not the only one awake at this time of the day, although I dont wish sleepless nights on any one thank you xxxx

Gentle hugs one and all - I too only managed 1 and a half hours sleep - but I'd swear I'd only blinked and the clock changed time as I don't feel I even closed my eyes. I'll plod sleepily through the day, falling to sleep at 4 p.m. as my body tends to automatically shut itself down by then - waking at 8.p.m. I'm just so glad I don't work - I'd be sacked for sleeping on the job!
love to all - Carol xx
well i will join your club then lol only difference is i cant nod off in the day either i can as in here at home but my body wont let me do it love to you diddle x
I have had a bad night too. I will be so sluggish. Thank goodness I have no visitors today! Why does this happen? no matter what I do to Try and aid sleep! I have clean run out of Ideas too aid and help. from Yoga too Amitriptiline,50mg's
I also can never sleep, i'm always awake until 5/6am its driving me mad now i try everything to make me sleep, i just read my Kindle & i know i disturb my husbands sleep too, I can never nod off either and the same thing happens all over again day in day out !
Oh how I sympathise. Thursday night I just couldn't drop off to sleep. Tried everything. Ended up reading all night. Till.....Guess what, felt my eyelids finally closing at 5.30am but then had to force myself to stay awake as have to get up for work at 6am!!!! Even when I do sleep, I am sure I don't!! By 6pm my body clock says it has had enough and I am so tired I start litterally falling over. NO not too many glasses of red wine!!!!
Has anyone been given any insight as to why we with FM also get this sleep problem?? Even taking 2 of my Nortryptilin It still makes NO difference if it is a NO SLEEP night.
