Portable SAuna

Well Hi all,

Has anyone any knowledge or experience of a portable sauna?

I found some on Amazon, and they seemed to have good write ups, but I just wondered if anyone was familiar with them

hi yes i know a friend of mine who bought one and he says they are fantstic

he has not got fibromyalgia but has got a very very bad chronic i should msay dengenerative back condition and he will evenyually end up in a wheel chair the doctors have told him

anyway he swears by his hope you enjo it love diddl e x

hubby bought me a sauna a few years ago wouldn't call it portable but you can build it up and take it down again

he bought it for me when i couldn't go in the bath any more and get the heat form the water the heat of the sauna is good for me and does help. mine is infra red so no moist heat but i can feel the heat going into my bones and i do feel better for it. the one small problem is i feel a bit drained by the time i have a shower to wash the sweat off (oh ladies don't sweat lol) but overall i have a glow with me all day and do feel better hope that helps soft hugs xx
