A good day - sort off.

Shopping this morning absolutely killed me.

My shoulder, knees and back were in agonies. I couldnt get warm no matter how i tried so i took some tramadol for the pain, put thick socks on, got under my fleece blanket and was so snuggly i fell asleep and actually slept for 3 hours straight.

Although i still feel rather out of it and havent done anything at all except shopping i am feeling much better in myself for a change.

I probably will try go sleep earlyish although if anything like last night took me four hours of tossing and turning before i could get comfortable enough to settle but just in case not on here for rest evening wanted to say All have a good evening and hopefully a restful slepp.
