today i am going to the doctors for a meds review. he gave me a new one and changed one last time. i have good news and bad - the new one is giving me trouble and the other is defo beneficial. I will take my trusted pain diary with me!

The other piece of news may interest a lot of people. i have recently had housing issues for which I was directed to shelter. They in turn directed me to a COMMUNITY LEGAL ADVICE SERVICE which up till now i did not know existed. I had the forms for legal aid today. well i have done legal aid before but these are so much better. from the start letter, clear, precise and no jargon! if anyone wants their name, inbox me. they deal with debt, education,employment housing sand welfare benefits and are based in wales.

thanks Jules. i dont really think she can sort my particular problem (because no legal precedent has been set), but it seems like a good service to recommend to others while we can still get legal aid

i did not think of using a solicitor for my problem initially, so would not think of looking. it is great to see it on a gov web site. i think we are all improving our computer skills on this site! nearly every day someone puts up a new address.

i will have a go and see if she can help and it would be good to have some backup if required.and she sounded very nice on the phone.
