What a pain.

Didn't feel to bad yesterday just tired as usual. Today my muscles feel sore & swollen plus my ankles are painful. I havnt done anything or been anywhere! Must have been sleep walking! This is a very strange condition. I have read this is not a progressive condition but it certainly is with me. 2 years ago I could still ride my bike a short distance then last year no way. This year I cannot walk very far & have now got a wheelchair for long hauls.

I had to retire early 7 years ago cos my shoulders just gave out. I was a cook in a nursing home & couldn't lift the pan of spuds anymore or stand the pain peeling them. Why is this condition so cruel to us? Still if we feel pain it means we are alive! Keep on moving you lot. Slowly is better than not at all.

Lots of soft hugs xxx
