Can i go out if i am signed off?
Well I always went out if I had been signed off work, I have not work for about 2 years now, been claiming ESA for that time and I go out shopping, been away to visit my son etc. No one ever told me i couldn't go out.
there is no reason why you should not go out - life goes on. if anyone sees you and comments just say it is part of the treatment! just make sure you keep your sinuses warm (i was a continuous sufferer as a younger person) enjoy your time off xxxx
yes you can go out you have to go out to go to appointments so if anyone sees you and decides to be nasty and say anything as believe mre people will jus say you were on your way to chemist/doctors or to get medicine or treatment anything you cant stay in whole time and also fresh air i would imagine would do you good love to you diddle x
Going out when you are feeling better is part of the recouperation process isn't it? You can't be expected to be in for two weeks and then slip straight back into work surely.xx
i always feel the same, but u have to eat, pay bills, go to chemist ect. id say it will do u gd. be different if people saw u at a night club or theme park but no harm in a little wonder wrap up warm. I always say honesty is the policy, you have cabin fever need a little change of scenery. not like u will be cartwheeling up the high street lol bless ya enjoy lou x
