Well i am sorry to say or maybe not for you all out there reading my last few blogs i am now off to have a really hot bath and lay there for as long as i can and put on my pyjamas even though it is still light i cant hold out any longer so i wish you alla pleasant evning and hope you all manage to sleep pain free and will be back tomorrow love to you all DIDDLE xxx
