Well I have just reapplied for DLA, I am still awaiting a date for tribunal for DLA that I claimed and got turned down then appealed for back in 2010. So fingers crossed that I get this new application.
I find it so frustrating that you read in the papers all of those people who have got high rate DLA and yet are strolling around on golf courses or doing martial arts etc and then people who actually need it are being turned down because of something really daft like not putting the right words in the form!!
