i expect they did but watching eastenders last night im sure i heard dot cotton say she couldnt like anything cos of her fibro well she said something like fibromanic or something!!

yes thought id heard it was not happy it was dot that had the condition as you say hypochondirac although i do wish i had her energy if shes supposed to have it!

Well if Dot Cotton has got fibromyalgia oi would like the strain of it she has got coz i cant t do half what she does and i am nearly half her age !!!!!!! love to you all Diddle x

As a pharmacist, for many years the term fibrocitis was used for a wide range of individual aches and pains and wasn't really intended to cover the whole spectrum of symptoms that is fibromyalgia . Remembering some of my older customers they also referred to the "screws" to mean the same, and I can just imagine a real live Dot Cotton would have done just that.

We must be grateful now that we don't have to smother ourselves with smelly greasy ointments like wintergreen.
