It's very late, but I hated the thought of going to bed & you not having a welcome reply.

Hello and nice to meet you, you are definitely not alone. Its almost 3.30am and just starting to feel sleepy, my body goes from one extreme to the other.

Its not in our heads its in our bodies Im sure we all get sick of peoples negative comments, but I try my best to switch off.

Aww no it certainly is not in your head i spent a horrible year keeping a note of all my silly ailments and not daring to go to GP but glad i did in end i was making myself ill and thinking i had all sorts wrong but anyway fibro is what i have and go to get on with it we all have good bad days and times we jus dont want to get up and do things but we all have to help each through and keep each other on an up and hopefully we can muddle through so welcome on here and hope you get as much out of the site as i have done it has been a godsend love to you Diddle x
