has anyone had a really upsetting dream thats caused a flare up,i was crying in this dream n it felt so real that wen i woke up i thought for a second it was true ,n then i woke with a terrible flare up so bad i had to take a hot bath so i cud even move .it knocked me for six all day .

I have had a horrible like nightmare and tes a flare up but have never put the 2 together but not sayingit did not cause thefalre up ? interesting will keep an eye on if i have nightmare and then end up with flare up you never know may well be a link love to you sDiddle x
