Where has my energy gone ZZZzzzz.

for the past 4 days i have had no energy & bad fibro fog...had to laugh at myself on wednesday my hubby took our 2 jack russells out & me feeling the way i was he took a walkie talkie with him, ( where we stay is very rural & don't get mobile phone signal) when he was out i was footering about & decided to put a washing on...I thought i had put the walkie talkie down somewere... then it hit me the washing machine !!! well hubby was not to amused & i asked him to try the wt to see if i could hear it in the washing machine.

I discoverd i had put it on a shelf lol,but for most of the days i have been having a lot of forgetfull things & was wondering if anybody has the fibro fog for days at a time, sorry it's a bit long winded.

Ha ha you are so not alone I do the most stupid things my lot just think I am plain barmy now lol as long as we can laugh at least we still have our sanity.

How old are your Jack Russells I have 2 hard work 10 months and 5 monthsactually both asleep ontop of one of the crates as we speak, the younger one is meant to be JR but obviously a cross and we think a staff one dog I said I wouldn't have he is quite cute but not as loving and cuddly as Bertie Charlie would sooner grwol at you then have a cuddle lol but he loves to lunch out on your lap so happy enough.
