Anything that provides an insight in to how the assessor's mind works is good and this does give a broad framework which can help get your thoughts together for an interview. HOWEVER this edition is dated 1998 and things have changed a great deal in that time. Support is still managed by a political party of one colour or another.

My thoughts - When I came to the point of not being able to work I had to have someone to come to the house to assess what and how I manage to live my life. This goes back some years. Maybe some of you could insist they send an assessor to your home. What they are doing now is decrying every doctors medical results. Using as blank page - ready to put 0 on it to save government money.
