Hi All fellow Fibro sufferers. The sun is shining but still hurt like hell. We are like weather what ever they are called. Brains shut down yet again. Been sitting here for an hour trying to think what to write. The only good thing about this THING is that I have taken up my art again. Dont always have the patience to do it but I do get the odd day. I had this Thing for about 15 years. it was first diagnosed as ME. But the pain just got worse. I also have Osteo arthritis & I was told I had Fibro also when I went to see the Rhumatologist. So between the 2 I cannot win. I take Amytriptolene at night which I find eases the spasms & I do sleep better. Mind you waking up is something else! My hubby bought me the smaller ball version Dyson as its so much lighter & that is great when I can hoover BUT he loves it too!!! I wish we could all run away from the pain. I go on sun holidays hoping I will get some pain free days but dont get many. The tans good tho !! Gentle gentle hugs to you all.

Hi Annie andwelcome.

I've only been on the forum for a week but value the support and friendship I've received so far.

Enjoy the weekend as much as you can

Gentle hugs

Hello to you and welcome i have only been on here bout week and found it invaluable everyone is so lovely and we all understand what each other are going through which is lovely as unless you have this you cant possibly know. I take 3 amitritilyne at night 20mg every hour from my transdermal morphine patch is put into me 8 to 10 co codamol citralopram 40 mg and still no sleep or no pain free days!!!, the only sun i see is in my back garden but that doesnt do much to ease anything, but like you the tan looks good!!!!. Yeah my vaccume is soooo heavy now cant really lift it so have to get others to put it up the stairs i borrowed my mum and dad one few weeks ago it was a bissell light weight one it was upright /bagless and i could lift it with one finger it was brillaint so saving up to get one thing they bout 70 on amazon but sometimes asda have them, mind you if your partner likes to use it well let him try it out all over the house while you sit and supervise lol. he can come and do mine if he enjoys it that much???? believe me i hate keep fit but if i thought running would release me from this pain i would do a 26 mile marathon every day. you take care and love and gentle hugs Diddle xxxx
