Hi All I tried to post on my original lwcra post but couldn't do it. I'm really not great at technology.

Anyway.. I have my UC50 assessment in a couple of days and I'm so anxious, nerves are awful.

Appreciate you may have challenges replying to the previous post and could maybe help with that if you say what the issue was.

But wondering what about the previous advice that you have given is different than what you need for this situation. If you are a bit clearer about what you need then the answers and support that you get will be better.

If it is just about nerves and being anxious at the time then take your meds in advance, try to do some meditative or relaxing and just try to remember to breathe through the process. Remember thousands of people have been through this process and are fine and you will be as well. Worrying about it will not change it and may make you less prepared for it.

Hi.Thankyou for messaging.

I know what medication to take beforehand.

Just wanted an idea of what they ask?

I think some people have mentioned some of that in the previous discussions but the interviews are tailored around what you have put on the form and your situation so will vary. They will not go over the form from top to bottom for example.

HelloThankyou so very much for your message.

I'm so anxious because I over explain everything.

Was the assessment long?

Thanks for your wishes

I think it was about 15 minutes, the questions were such as,do you cook from scratch, how often do you go out,who does shopping etc.
