Does anyone know how far back universal credit look at your medical notes? As I've had severe anxiety most of my life, and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2000.

Thankyou

They don't look at your medical records, you need to send them the relevant information, ask receptionist for copy of your notes cost £ 10 when I did it .good luck.

They can contact your gp or other health professionals but do not always do so.

It is always best to include any relevant information with your application
