Fibromyalgia and pregabalin

Hi. I have had ibs for 40 years and found amitriptyline a huge relief. Now I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia after suffering for 20 years and told to stop the amitriptyline as it can cause dementia. Instead I have been prescribed pregabalin. I haven't taken it yet and wondered if anyone has had relief with it. Also does anyone experience a itchy head with fibro. Many thanks to anyone who answers

Hi there, I see you have already posted this question earlier. With that in mind I will close replies to this post.

Weekends is usually a little slow on the forum. So replies to questions may take longer to be posted.
