Sounds like a song coming on, HaHa

Good morning fellow, family,Fibro Fighters, I hope you are all as pain free as you all can be?

I was reading yet another Fibro report thing, sorry Brain fog is creeping in,Or out ,depends on how the next couple of hrs go.

I have copied this statement from a site on Monday, Now I cant find it 🤨

As follows, Fibromyalgia,

Formally classified as an inflammatory, musculoskeletal disease,

But now considered to be an illness that primarily

affects the central nervous system,

Now I've had this 💩 Fibro for over 10 yrs and I still don't know whats going on,

It would make a lot of sense in part, I had to use the commode before settling (???!!hahahaha)settle!?? down last night (5 o'clock this morning) I used the grab rail like I always do and my left leg wouldn't move no matter how hard my brain and I were communicating the leg was not behaving as it should,😠

I had to drag my leg with scrumped up pj bottoms, Now if I'd not wanted to do what I needed to do, I'm wondering if it wouldn't have been for the urgent job in hand?

Would it have been any different? I have had all sorts of shaking and different body parts have gone numb or pins and needles? It's scary, I'm scared😱,

Why? How?What? WHAT THE CHUFF?

I let my GP know before and she's not too worried, BUT I AM !

Is this why I keep falling? Hmmmm Grrrr

Morning Debs from another Wet damp day in Suffolk😟I understand you must be feeling quite anxious as a fall causes even more complications , if you feel the doctor you see is not showing enough support or concern I’m wondering if you could see another GP /Practioner nurse for a piece of mind ? at your practice , a different view or opinion in treating you might be more helpful x

Hi Debsdelight72

With you on that one!

It's easy for people to say don't panic when some of our symptoms can be very disturbing and upsetting.

I have gone for middle ground of insisting I check something out if it worries me because the stress of that worry will make me ill.

I am fortunate I have an amazing GP you is supportive.

I hope you feel better soon

Fibro hug

Gigi

Good afternoon Gigi,

That's just it, My GP is a wonderful woman, Takes time to listen and talk,I always have extra time for the appointment too, This is the only time in 8 yrs of her being my GP have I thought,no, doubted her for anything,

If it happens again Hubby says he's calling 111,

Thank you for your reply and a gentle hug to you😪
