tingling in neck fibromyalgia

I have tryed to go back work but am really struggling I am now getting a lot of tingling in back of neck and head and really bad headache at back of head and neck and pressure behind my eyes is this normal with fibromyalgia as this is a new sensation for me

Hi 1837Sorry to hear you have a new symptom,

FM has many various symptoms. I have tingling in my hands and feet and sometimes face.

Neck and head pain can be part of lots of conditions.

I find it best to seek medical advice for anything new just to make sure.

Sounds awful! Have also had these symptoms and others over much of my life.

Suggest a 'one off' chiropractic assessment as in regular Chiropractic Association qualified, and if you feel up to it, a treatment, which will be part of the initial consultation. You will learn so much about your neck and all the other bits of you that will help you to understand more of what is going on which makes it much less unnerving to deal with.

If you are still at work that is going to be contributing to the bits that get stuck and stressed and inflamed. However good a GP, they can never know enough because the field of medical knowledge is so wide these days. - We live in a super repetitive world. A bit of freeing up can help!

Hi, this is one of my biggest fybromyalgia symptoms. Normally lasts 2/3 days and causes me the most problems. Mist times I spend a lot of these days lying down or returning to bed.
