Hi Broadwaymarket 😊🌿🌸🦋

I’m so sorry that you’ve gone through such a traumatic experience. I can relate as I did too when I was 13. It took me decades to deal with it and the fear/PTSD that it caused.

I’m across the pond so things are done a little differently over here, but if you need a note then go to the psychiatrist for it. Anxiety is a mental condition (nothing to be embarrassed about as every emotion is from the brain.). The psychiatrist can give you coping skills and write RX for anxiety meds to help you recover from this very emotional ordeal. Anxiety is so hard on our bodies.

There is no shame for being treated for it. I wish my parents would have known how much that kind of medical treatment would have helped me as a young girl.

I worked in medicine for years. I used my personal experiences to aid our patients. Many found it comforting to know someone who’s been through the same thing.

I just said a special prayer for you. I wish you the best for your future. I also hope all the personal things you lost in the fire will be replaced. Remember nothing else is as important as you are.

Sending you comforting hugs and success my friend.

Love and prayers,

Honeybug/EJ

Hi Yassytina 🥰

Oh lovely I’m sorry that you were caught in the downpouring rain. The weather never seems to work with us when we’re up to doing our errands.

Sending you my gentle hugs and my love sweet friend.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

EJ 🤗♥️🥰🙏🕊🌿🌸🦋

Hello, I am very sorry too read this, I’m think doctors sometimes do a referral for patients too see a psychiatrist (but not 100% sure on that) the doc dosent sound very helpful ☹️, I would differently find out if a referral is needed and also seek another doctor who is showing you more empathy, after all it has been a very traumatic experience for you so you’ve every right too feel anxious about the whole experience and your seeking help in order too move forward. I really hope very soon you get seen , a lovely reply from Honeybug having gone threw this herself, please take care , I am wishing you all the best in getting the right help xx

hi, I too am so sorry for what you have and are going through. It’s heartbreaking😔I like many suffer with anxiety and have ptsd which is awful to have to live and deal with. I really hope that you are being supported by others and that you are helped to get some sort of normality back as soon as possible 🙏❤️🩵xx

If u can afford it, can you ask for a private letter from gp. Horrible for you. Might br worth contacting your local council as well for practical help witb sourcing furniture and grants etc x

Before paying for a private letter make sure you can use it for what you need. Some benefits take medical certificate only.

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your house fire and that you are struggling with anxiety. I tried councelling for a few months and after my time was finished they referred me to adult mental health. They sent a letter to my doctor explaining my situation. It's not fair that you have to see a psychiatrist you would think that there is an easier option.

Cognitive behavior therapy is meant to be good with dealing with anxiety.

Hope this helps and i hope you're feeling better soon☺️
