I am new here.
hi, i got diagnosed 2-3 years ago, but ive only just accepted it, i was told that theres over 2-300 symptoms with it, trying to work it all out myself still. i use a hemp gel on my joints and it helps, i wish you well.
Thank you I'll give that a try. My ankles knees and wrists are worse than my other joints. I also have carpal tunnel in both hands so it's definitely a challenge and going to get challenging as time goes on.

HelloEveryone is different with their symptoms. I have improved pain levels and what I am able to do by pacing my activities. Doing things for a very short time at first, 5 or 10 minutes, resting and then doing something different. I hope you will have access to a pain clinic course, that will teach you this as well as mindfulness, self compassion and other skills we need. Dr Deepak Ravindran has a book called The Pain Free Mindset, he is an NHS pain specialist. Dr Rangan Chatterjee The Four Pillars and other books. I use magnesium spray to calm areas that hurt, and a morning foot bath with it whilst I brush my teeth in the morning. The Curable App ( recommended by Dr Ravindran.)
