I’m so fed up with this constant pain. It’s all over and nothing I do seems to help. My feet/ heels/ ankles are really painful, As are my neck and shoulders and arms . it’s all getting me down. I’m so tired.
Im due into work but I don’t think I have the energy. Just want to cry today.
How do others cope .

I use a combination of medication, cbd, pacing, exercise /activity, heat, mindfulness, meditation, distraction, holistic therapies, weighted blankets etc
The medication and cbd don't take pain away, but take the edge off enough so that it's manageable and I can function
The rest of the time it is trial and error until something helps
I'm so sorry that you're suffering this badly. I am in a similar position pain wise. I suffer with depression too and also dread getting out of bed and going into work at times. This year has been particularly painful with no improvement over the summer. I work 39 hours in a factory and live on my own so have to go in to pay my rent.
On particularly bad days I take extra tablets and if that doesn't help, I use a day or two of my holidays to rest up.
It is difficult but I try to take one day at a time.
Maybe see your doctor incase you're getting depression? Good luck with it. Keep plodding on. 🤗
Hi Thankyou for your reply , I am already on antidepressants as I have suffered with depression for many years. They won’t give me amitripiline as it interferes with the fluoxetine. So all they say is take co- codamal.
Hi i have pain all day long same as you .I cannot work with the pain .You should really be resting up x
Ask your GP if they would prescribe Nefopam. I had a flare very recently and have a lot of foot and heel pain, took this medication for less than 24 hours and my pain was hugely alleviated, safe to take with Fluoxetine too and not an opiate
