Stood up
Soooo proud of you sweetie. 🥰EJ 🤗♥️🥰🙏🕊🌿🌸🦋
I stood up to my parents when I was 2 ☺️ Well done 👍
That's great, it's a fantastic feeling. Takes a lot of nerve and also releases pent up feelings of frustration.
I want to say how brave you are xx
Thank you. I just exploded but I didn't shout. Xx
So proud of you Fibrofog. You're a star xx
Yep was all proud of myself, and still am. But I'm fuming my father just phoned out of the blue, and he was drunk, I haven't heard from him in months, and his acting like everything is OK! And it's not at all. When I said I haven't heard from you, he said the same about me, then I said I was the last one to phone you. He said nothing then just carried on as normal. I said to him you have no idea what has happened to me! He said he will phone Sunday and talk then, I said yeah right, and do you actually care about me, he said again about phoning Sunday, the I said, dad this is bad really bad, he mumbled about phoning Sunday and that was it!
Then 20 minutes later my mother phones! No wonder I have a headache, I drew the short straw getting those 2 as parents.
Anyway sorry about that. Hope your OK? Xxxx
Well done 👏 hopefully it will help with any pain with realising the pent up emotions, mentally and physically 👏👏❤️
So hard, unfortunately, you don't get to choose your family. But you can choose a new family, so you will have a family of origin and a new family of choice.
I've got covid, which is like having flu but more severe. I'm just resting up thanks. Take care xx
❤️❤️
Thank you. But how will I know if I get long covid 🤔😅🙄💕
Sorry hun wish I could answer that for you. I just hope you don't! Take care my love xx
When it continues after a couple of weeks... If you are resting completely now you will recognise some of the pain from fibro reduces because you're not doing anything! Then when your head is motivated you'll notice the excessive fatigue...However, maybe your bout will be different but obv any infection takes ages to recover from with fibro...
I think you'll recognise if it becomes Long Covid. I had Covid last year (without recognising it as I thought it was just a respiratory infection) over Christmas and I needed 3months to recover any stamina at all. It was incredibly BORING!
Take care xx
PS I've bn diagnosed w tonsillitis + chest infection so have had to succumb to antibiotics! They always take the stuffing out of me so I resist them at all costs but as I can barely swallow+keep choking needs must...
How do you do that? I would like to know how?
