Awww bless you it’s so hard especially when we’re use to doing things and then not being able to and then we pay for it big time xx

Hi Niya I'm sorry you're experiencing this.I've noticed that my knees and my thumbs click very regularly. My knees only used to crack when kneeling down. Now they crack when I straighten my legs too.

My shoulder joints crack as many times I would rotate my arms. Like even with 1 sec gap.

Hi, I would say bone clicking would be more to do with arthritis than fibro. If its causing you problems or pain it may be best to have a word with your GP.

I’ve been clicking since I can remember even at a young age. Now I’m 40 I click all the time xx

Yes, if I straighten my legs, stand or stretch, they click. My wrists, my neck. It seems to get worse over time.

I am clicky!

My bones have cracked for some years now all my fingers my knees and my spine crack I was told it’s an age thing. In a lot of pain at the moment with my rib cage lower back and legs. I’m seeing a doctor in the MSK clinic have been referred by my GP.

Hi ... You too? Yes, mine have been doing that for ages now, mine's down to osteoarthritis. That's where the cartilage wears away and the joints rub on each other. .

It's been happening for years but much more noticeable. The clicking doesn't come with too much pain but when I get out of bed the first few steps click away (it's kinda funny so far). My shoulders and neck click most of the time....they are certainly not funny, they're painful and can keep me awake at night.

Sometimes it is because you have air trapped in your joints, which is then released as you move. For other people you may find that your age, physical health and lifestyle choices could mean that you have some sort of arthritic changes within the joint, usually caused by general wear and tear.
