Hi there

My bones and joints have cracked since I was a child. I am now 55.

I have always put it down to the fact that I suffer with Hypermobility Syndrome.

Unfortunately I have no idea if it is Fibro or arthritis? Have you been diagnosed with either of these conditions?

Hi Broomhill2016. I have FM and oa and my shoulders make a crack every now and then😟 I can't tell you if it's FM or oa? I always thought it was my oa as it is bad in my shoulders! Chris

Hi Broomhill2016

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. My knees and neck crack quite a lot but mine is due to arthritis. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Hi welcome to the forum x.

My neck, spine and shoulders crack crunch and grind every time I move them. My fingers toes and knees don't usually like being left out of the band either.

Hiya, yes my bones and joints have clicked and clunked all the time since I was a child. I've only got to move and something goes...even my nose and ears, toes, ribs! Before I was diagnosed I saw a rubbish physio who I asked about it and he said everyone does it! I've since seen a rheumatologist who diagnosed my fibromyalgia and said that I was very hypermobile and would of been since childhood which has now probably lead to osteoarthritis because I didn't know I was over using my joints and no doctor would take me seriously about pain back then. My neck, wrists, ankles, toes are always clicking and if I move me elbows out my shoulders go clonk!

All the best

Jo x
