How do you mean lose control? What happens?
Do you feel your legs have weakened ? Mine have - mainly in the thighs which is also where I suffer the most pain. When I do stand or try to walk (I have very limited mobility due to fibro issues) my legs often give way without any warning and I will fall over.
So far I have fractured and dislocated my shoulders and broken every bone in one ankle after falling, so now have severe arthritis in these areas. I now have a physio come to treat me at home to try to regain muscle loss and to help me get some control in my legs when on my feet, and hopefully resulting in getting down the stairs which I am currently unable to do. I have not moved from my bedroom for over 3 years now so am preying physio helps.
I too am very deficient in B12, Vit D and also Magnesium - have your magnesium levels been checked. I have had Magnesium Infusions and they really helped how I feel in general. I give myself B12 injections and use a Vit D under the tongue spray. I have malabsorption so Vit tablets are not effective.
Have you seen a physio before ? I hope you find some answers that will help as this is a miserable illness to have. I am trying various options one by one (trial and error) to see which works best for me, but it has taken me years to get to the stage I feel I can manage even this !!
