Hi all any advice please I suffer really bad with pain in legs it’s so bad at night it keeps me awake. In the day it’s ok doesn’t really bother me. I take 30mg of amitriptoline every night and naproxen

I have pregabalin, it really helps, maybe speak to your Gp. 👍😊

Lots of people on here swear by Magnesium spray for muscle cramps etc for their legs and you can buy it in the chemist or health food shops etc.
