Hi, sorry to hear you have covid. I got covid at the start of January my symptoms were increased fatigue and a really painful back. I think although I didn't get normal covid symptoms it did trigger a fibro flare. Trying to get plenty of rest. Hope you feel better soon.

I had covid over Christmas /new year and had a slight increase in pain levels, but that was as much from stiffness due to lying in bed as from covid

I've struggled with fatigue more as an after effect

Hi Danny

I got severe Covid for which I was hospitalised. I can say with certainty that in my case my fibromyalgia pain, nerve and muscle pain, brain fog got exacerbated 10 fold if not more

I just wish you could come off the symptoms of Covid, make sure you drink plenty of fresh ginger tea, lemon, garlic as the virus do not like these ingredients. You need to be careful if you have acid reflux, a condition that I have but then personally I rather had my acid reflux that Corona.

Also rest but try to move around every hour etc.

Best wishes x

Hi I had COVID at the beginning of January felt a lot of pain in my back and neck and now left with sinus issues, however I think the sinus is also a side effect from my medication ( I take duloxetine) wish you better soon.

Yes, I had Covid Dec 2020. It brought on a fibro flare. It was very unpleasant for three weeks. The high fever made everything worse. Zero strength to do anything but sleep, if you can feeling achy and sensitive. If your chest is tight, you should see the GP for some meds like prednisone and inhalers used for asthma. My cough was very tight and dry and it can get worse quickly. I am so sorry that you have Covid. It affects us pretty strongly. I hope that yours is milder than the first outbreak.

I want to send you a soft, gentle hug.

I have covid right now and omg the back pain was really bad first few days. Personally I think covid hits the places you are most venerable . Thankfully my breathing wasn’t bad I was worried because I have copd.

Hi Danni, yes I recently (December 16) tested positive with COVID. For the most part was mild believe it was omicron variant being it was mostly sinus symptoms congestion, a lot of pressure and runny nose mostly after eating. (That is normal for me but was more so with COVID). The 24 was the worst day of feeling bad. It flared up the fibro but any stress flares up the fibro. I took vitamin C twice a day for the duration. I believed it shorten the duration. I hope you feel better soon.
