I love my Tempur mattress, supports my back (especially cervical and lumbar regions) and other arthritic joints too, squishy mattresses are a 'mare for me

Stay safe

Love my hypnia memory foam mattress... Decent price at £280 for king size too.Previously owned a super king size for 7+ years but downsizing meant buying a new one

I researched quite a few mattresses before I purchased and the best I found was from Tempur. You can have a 60-night trial which is also very helpful. I didn't buy an overlay mattress because my mattress was dipping slightly so I got the deepest one available which I have to say is very comfortable, and I sleep much better.

Kind regards,

Sandie

It’s difficult to comment as mattress hardness/ softness is such a personal thing . I currently have a Silentnight orthopaedic mattress . It was a little too hard, so I bought a mattttress cover , which has made it very comfortable. I think it was about 80 pounds.

Although each persons experience can vary I found I needed to update my very old mattress it had coils. I bought a memory foam mattress. It has helped with my back pain. I also have a bedtime routine when I am feeling more achy. I take a warm shower or soak with aromatherapy. Then I put on icy hot (it’s like be gay) and a comforting lotion. It seems to help with my fibromyalgia I also try not to do things in evening before going to bed that worsen my pain- for me it is sitting to long.

Hi there I bought a silent night memory foam topped a mattress which was good but I found to be a bit too firm so I got a gel topper, about 2” thick I think… this has made a massive difference and I’m now as comfortable as I’m ever going to be I think… it made my mattress depth very wide but I bought extra deep sheets from Dunelm which solved that

The 8" thick memory foam mattress!!!

Also, be sure to eat a few chunks of FRESH CUT Pineapple every other day after a meal.

Also, Emergen-C + IMMUNE use 2-3 times a week. (Strawberry KIwi is the best flavor) but no more than 3 times a week. Too much can affect your nervous system. I don't have that problem..but my husband had to reduce his usage.

Emergen-C + IMMUNE (must have the IMMUNE on packet) is like easily absorbable Minerals and Supplements which helped reduce my fatigue and pain by 70%

Hiya Suerach it is hard to recommend a mattress but I love my kingsize Silent Night Memory foam topped mattress. It is a nice firm mattress and doesn’t get too hot. Along with my mattress I use Noffa latex like pillows which are like sleeping on a marshmallow cloud. I also use a long body pillow to cuddle up around 😊

I think that's very personal. I personally need a very firm mattress to support my back otherwise I feel my body collapses and my back gets tight. You need to go to a store and check different mattresses otherwise you're wasting your time.

Hi - I'm with the Tempur fans who have already replied. Mine only arrived two weeks ago and it's been transformational. I don't have the pressure pain I was waking up with any more. It wasn't until I stayed at a friend's house recently and slept on one of these that I realised the difference it could make. I have the deepest tempur but you can try them all in the shops plus there's the return policy. My husband doesn't have fibro but he loves it too. I hope you find your perfect mattress. Good luck.
