Does anyone have the same issues as i do?

Hi everyone, i have been struggling recently and for the past year with some things and wanted to know if this sounds like Fibromyalgia. I can’t stand up without feeling sick or weak and walking makes me dizzy. I keep waking up with tummy aches bad enough to wake me up. Random pains everywhere in my body that fluctuates and changes where the pain is. Hurts to touch my skin and even a poke to my skin hurts very much.

Talk to your GP your symptoms could be of a number of different ailments. The dizziness could be caused by blood pressure for instance. Only a doctor can diagnose what is wrong with you.
