Hello everyone

I have read some posts on here where people have spoken about having an Advocate or a Support Worker. My husband and I are both on ESA and PIP, never knowing what's around the corner regarding applications etc I would really be grateful if someone could tell me who they are and how I could get hold of them if needed. Thanks for the help that anyone can give. Take care everyone.
