thanku to those who replied to my reflux question ,ive been to the pharmasist today and she gave me a tablet like zantak to try ,i will give these a whirl and see how i go on.im convinced its a symptom of fm.

You need to go to your Dr I am on Omeprazole and if I forget to take it I know all about it its the best thing I've taken for reflux . Take care x

hi , i have problems with my lungs and suffer with acid reflux and something called brax water i think , it results in the reflux at night normally waking me up and apparently it gets breathed into my lungs so like cowren i have been prescribed omeprazole and your right i know if i miss it also have gaviscon by the side of my bed . i was diagnosed as having a hiatus hernia but it did seem to start with the recognised onset of fm ? dont know if its another coincidental sympton ???

Lansoprazole...they work amazingly, gd luck with the Omeprazole! x
