Hello,

Yes i do,and it is because of the reflux is why you feel full,i only found out about mine when i was rushed into hospital thinking i was having a heart attack, which apparently it can feel like when it gets bad..At first they suggest, milk magnesium,,I now take lazopral tablets, and have found that they work really well, and if i forget one day it starts within hours, maybe a chat with your gp would help, apparently its quite common with fibro people.Hope i have helped.

I have suffered reflux since i was diagnosed with AF and thought it was that. I found that as constipation seemed to be part of it, (tabs and various syndromes) I eat small meals often and several times a week, soup instead of meal but it can be a meal liquidized. also i drink 1 ltr fruit juice a day! better effects than a load more pills, and if i stick to it don't get so much back ache either. hope you sort it out one way or another. xxx

Yep I have suffered from reflux for a few years. At the time it was diagnosed, it was making me really poorly. Now I can manage it with my diet, I know what triggers the reflux. I also have Omeprazole and Motilium tablets to take if I feel it sneaking back. You can recover from Reflux!!

Must admit it got to the point I stopped being embarrassed with reflux.Found it was a case of not being able to control it and get out of room where company were. Needed earplugs. Went on for a couple of years then weird realisded the problem seemed to have 'subsided' if that is the appropriate word to use. For no reason whatsoever. Had not taken anything or made food changes. Fibro must be one of the most weirdest conditions. So many things happen to your body.

Yes ive had reflux for years, i didnt know the two things could be conected untill now, ive basically given-up carbs they make it realy bad. I have a small amount of bread every 3rd day. I'm basically constantly hungry as carbs are your fillers, if i eat them i feel very sick within minutes of finishing a meal. For me this is hell as i loved cooking, now theres just no point, as my partner has reflux as well.
