Hi all,

I’ve had fibro for 4 years and this past month all of my joints have been affected and theyre causing so much pain. I can’t even use my hands anymore and everything is inflamed.. has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Morning and yes I am the same had fybo rhematoid athritus few yr now my arms hands so painful cannot even brush my hair at min no way fasten my bra never ending pain so bigs hugs hun I know exactly we’re ur at trixy x

Yes, this is very much my experience, and I have found that hot weather can definitely exacerbate it. I used to have a crafting business but had to give it up due to the pain and stiffness in my hands and wrists. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this too - solidarity to you!
