Sadly "The Times" has a paywall prevents most of us from reading it.
I think I got the gist of the article thru other older websites. A grain or even kernel of truth that the mind can increase or decrease our experience of pain and that mindfulness, relaxation (like the hypnotherapy mentioned at the beginning), CBT can help. But it's throwing the baby out with the bathwater to say it's ALL in the brain...
