Hi . Sympathise with you . Personally I have the recommended medication that doctors suggested a go but didn’t get on with any so now rely on pain relief tablet (Codiene Phosphate) however recently this has started to make me feel nauseous so it’s back to the GP.I have always been very active so I now have to tell myself to have breaks during the day also to not overdo things on days I feel good . Both theses things are hard to do if you are an active person but you have to ‘manage’ this condition to find a way to live with it.

I walk twice a day and have decided to join an exercise group to help keep muscles strong and being with people can take your mind off it. Massage too. Stay strong !

Hi , I try doing mild stretches to keep muscles from getting stiff. listening to relax music helps with my practice of breathing which helps with migraine and pain.
