I would strongly recommend you find someone like the CAB. To

Assist with your form they are generally experts in this form.

A lady I no has been refused three times for her award of pip

Against my advise she filled out the form herself

There is nothing wrong in filling in the PIP application form yourself. I have done it three times got the correct award and my last application was for a change of circumstances and my award was the same no change. After submitting a 10 page MR detailing where and why I was wrongly not awarded points I received a new award for enhanced daily living and remained on enhanced mobility. The application form gives plenty of information on how to fill in the form and what is and is not required.

I had posted the form before the 12 June and 2021 and today I received denial they r claiming I mailed the form late Can Anyone help
