May be worth talking to your GP as not everything is down to the dreaded fibro. My elbows are stiff with limited movement but it’s due to osteoarthritis not fibro. I use bio freeze gel and a deep soak in the bath with Epsom salts. Hope it eases soon for you.

Thankyou , for your reply , the physio said I have osteoarthritis in my hands , i was wondering if it is that in my elbows, and not the fibro, I will give the freeze gel a try , and the Epsom salts . Have a lovely Xmas πŸŽ„

I agree with Dinkie - GP - or orthopedist. But even more important: gentle osteopathy and/or acupressure, because they feel things docs both see and don't see. And hot water bottle/spelt cushion, arnica complex cream (Traumeel here).

Thankyou for your reply will, look into seeing an osteopath after Xmas, have a lovely Xmas πŸŽ„

GP examined mine and said it was Tennis elbow. I fancy Rafa Nadal but thats as far as it goes. He said its Fibromyalgia. Isn't everything?! I just rub gel in, keep them warm and try not to lift anything too heavy

I was blaming fibro for my stiff, sore shoulder. Finally got an x-ray 2 weeks ago and it's osteoarthritis. Feeling spaced out now on all the new meds, singing carols like a lunatic and looks like I'll be having a very merry Christmas. Sure osteopath will be able to help you. Happy Christmas and hope 2021 is a better year for everyoneπŸŽ„βœ¨

Oh Dears!!. Here I thought (Once again) I was alone. Pain, pain. Started in left shoulder. Off to doctor, shot. Helped a bit. Finally pain came down elbow with upper arm skin soooo painful to touch then down into wrist. Started back during the summer, July. Have both Fibro and OA. Shoulder diagnose bursitis. I find with Fibro and pain hits anywhere else Fibro moves in with nerve pain. What do I do, pretty much what else everyone is doing. I use Lidocaine rub and or spray, which ever one is near. Heat seems to help more than ice (specially now it is colder outside temps). Really gets bad I will use my husband's Voltron (think that is the correct spelling). Since this is his RX, I only use a little bit on elbow. On my wrist I pulled out my Carpel Tunnel wrist band and wear it, seems to help wrist and forearm. Merry Christmas to all and we will get through this like we do everything else. Gentle Hugs
