Has anyone found red light helpful for fibromyalgia?

Has anyone found red light helpful? Have just started using it, but think it may make my sleep worse.

I haven't tried it but I have special light bulbs fiited in my home. The light is very dim and they don't make white noise which I can hear. I can't remember the name but they weren't cheap but were well worth it. I fitted them five years ago and haven't changed one yet. If I remember clearly, I'm sure they came with a 10 year guarantee. Dim lighting help me. Try listening to a calming CD whilst in bed.
