In not sure on right site but think might have tendinitis as had arm pain in bicep and sometimes shoulder for 3 months now ast times feels eased but still continues to hurt so hard to try and rest it don’t know what I’ve done to arm has anyone else had this and does it sound like tendinitis at all docs don’t know much waiting to hear from a pysio which is ages away
