Hello. I have been taking 30mg mirtazapine daily for over 20 years and do not have any side effects or problems. I didn’t find that it worked too well by itself so I also take 5mg melatonin. These 2 work well together I have to get the melatonin from USA Really cheap off the shelf. I did recently get a prescription from my Doctor but she only gave me 2 weeks worth of 3mg so that was not much use to me. Fortunately I am able to get my melatonin easily enough so it is not a problem for me. Hope this is helpful.
