Hi all

I have my tribunal for my universal credit lcw over the phone today. I don't know how I'm going to get through it .

Just seen your post, Firstly you can do this, get comfortable, have a glass of water next to you and be somewhere quiet.

Have a pad and pen make sure you write down everything you want to say and the points you want to get across, stay calm and remember to breathe.

If you start to get flustered tell them, if it’s all going to quickly and your getting confused tell them and take a minute.

Hi ! It wasn't nice felt like they were trying to trip me up and couldn't understand the health professional asking the questions. But it got approved so happy but don't know what group I'll be in. Xx
