Anyone experience vomiting and IBS issues? I had IBS before fibro but been very nauseas and bad digestive problems past few days. Out of breath, heavy pressure in chest and throbbing in my legs. I lifted something heavy a few days ago and think that’s what’s triggered the chest pain. Maybe I’m just coming down with a bug it’s just so hard to tell what’s ME/fibro related and what’s not x

Nausea
In my case all the above gradually led to severe Covid requiring hospitalisation. I am still short of breath and had to go to A & E last night. Please ring 119 and they will send you home swab. It was this test that confirmed my Covid.
I hope this is not the case for you as it is the worst illness I have experienced.
Please be cautious when out and about. 🥀
Hi I’m having the same at the minute, I have M.E. but suspect fibro, bad stomach pains, IBS has flared up, terrible wind. Lots of pains in my legs. The only thing I think that helps, other than prescribed medications, is swimming, but not been able to do that with this lockdown. Hope your feeling good today. ☺️
I would definitely get those symptoms checked out. As Painny says, a Covid test first to rule out ( or confirm)
Anxiety is a big cause of nausea. I’ve found gluten to be the main flare for my IBS plus anything that makes me constipated ( only takes 2 doses of co-codamol to muck up my insides)
When you’ve ruled out Covid you could try cutting out all gluten and taking a probiotic daily to see if that helps.
I've been similar. A colleague suggested those little bottles of gut microbes (sorry, can't remember the name!!) that you take one a day. My stomach has been amazingly good since I started taking them. Any chest pain, go to A&E.
