No the Fibro doesn’t go, not in my case anyways, I’m 79 & still have it amongst other diseases, I think other sufferers will agree, it isn’t easy to rise above it but sometimes u just have to ,I have restless legs also goes with Fibro take care stay safe x

Unfortunately fibro does not usually go away. People can learn to manage the symptoms and maybe get it under control but it's still there in the background xxx

Count me in had restless legs for a number of years, it reduces me to tears. I was given Gabapentin for it but that caused my eyeballs to literally shake. I take Amitriptyline Now, helps a little.

"Hypnic jerks are one form of involuntary muscle twitches called myoclonus" (wp) - what you can do is: ignore it, so you don't hype it ;-); don't consume caffeine & nicotine; take magnesium; do more sports/exercise, but not in the evenings. People who have seizures (like me) can get them then, too.

What I've also just read up is that apart from RLS, you can have periodic limb movement disorder PLMS and more. So if it's getting too much (Beverley??), I *would get it checked up. But no worrying.

Hi. Yes I get that 😂, it wakes me up sometimes. Not so bad since being on Duloxetine.

Mine does it to, sometimes so bad I feel like I have left the bed. Do you know that feeling of falling off a building and you jolt when you hit the ground ?? I get that and it scares the hell out of my partner ( he he he )

I found I got the body jerks much worse when I was prescribed pregabalin, the jerks and twinges and tics are completely uncontrollable .

I used to suffer with terrible restless too, bizarrely I red an article with said if you sleep in bed with a bar of lavender soap or helps , and it really does a two pound bar of Yardley Lavender soap and no restless leg, can’t explain it but it works abs bed smells lovely.

Good luck
