What a lovely fur baby, I must admit Iā€™m keeping my journeys indoors food shop etc done to as short as possible now, I just feel I canā€™t breath properly and restricted, Iā€™m guessing itā€™s something we are not used to although itā€™s become the norm now. Just being at home or going in the garden for some air I feel so much more in my comfort zone. I would book a call back with your surgery and speak to your GP, take care xxx

Hi YASMINTINA

Thank you for your advice like you I limit the time I spend in shops I donā€™t know if itā€™s the change in season that has made my asthma worse.

My surgery sent a letter on Saturday telling us not to contact by phone that patients with long term health conditions will be contacted on the month of their birth mine was earlier August their not very good I have trouble with very high blood pressure plus the asthma so I need to be very careful thank you.
