I'm new here and have recently read that taking supplement 5-HTP can help with Fibromyalgia. Would be good to know if anyone has taken this and has it helped with symptoms?

it has been taken by a number of people. On the top right there is a search bar and this will bring up past discussions about people using it and you may find some of them of use.
