Shopping is a nightmare and often impossible. Automatic in and out doors are marshalled which makes it impossible for me to shop as I have to leave the way I went in. This also means I have to wait for someone to leave before I enter ie the out door. Now it's just not possible. It has made me angry, depressed, sometimes hungry and ideating suicide...

you may have some local resources that can help you like providing some home delivery. If you contact your local council they may be able to help. Alternatively friends and family or local community facebook page. There are resources out there.

Hi can you not get an online slot for delivery from your local supermarket?

Never tried and bank won't let me put money in my account cos I have a persistent cough. I dont online bank for my personal beliefs and the only time I can shop is when the vulnerable shop between 8 and 9 three days a week at another store. I am pleased you got someone to help you, there is nothing worse to feel so alone and that there is nobody to assist, when someone will always be able to help in some way. Stay safe

Oh dear, thats a very bad situation. Have you thought about booking an online slot so your food gets delivered to your door, or maybe Family/Friends or volunteers could help?

Best wishes

Sorry that you are struggling so much, and like others have suggested is there someone who can either go to the shops with you, to support you - or do shopping and leave it at your doorstep.

Do you have any support services you can access for how you are feeling mentally ? It sounds like you are needing some extra support just now xxx
